Michael Meaker
Founder Michael Meaker- Michael’s career in professional football spans sixteen years, playing at the highest level professionally, both at International level with Wales and in the Premiership with QPR.
Michael’s qualifications are of the highest standard, gaining his UEFA A licence and Welsh FA A Licence. This is the elite of coaching qualificatios and highlights Michael’s passion and dedication to his work within football.
He brings all this experience to his "The No 1 Football Academy" to David Lloyd Bristol’s Westbury club which has been established for over five years and has grown into the premier coaching centre in Bristol.
Top Academy Players
The Academy has already produced an England Under-12 player in Jordan Whittaker: Bristol's first so far!
Also, due to his hard work with the Academy, Callum Evans has played for Manchester United, making it into their under 21 side.
Produce professional footballers
Michael works with all age groups and has established a progressive route for children from age 3-16 within David Lloyd Bristol Westbury, taking them on a journey to improve their football performance.
Tots Academy
The Tots' Academy for 3-5 year-olds brings together the fundamentals of football for your child within a fun group environment, whilst Michael's the No 1 Football Academy for 6-15 year-olds allows him to showcase his skills through dynamic and knowledgeable sessions, focusing on all aspects of the modern game.
One to One Training
Michael trains on a one-to-one basis, as well as the group sessions with the Tots and Academies.
